I have never been so infuriated by a company. This company employs bait and switch tactics beyond belief. Along with those tactics, they bombard you with (intentional) texts, phone conversations and do not provide written documents until the last minute making reviewing impossible. This is all done on purpose to keep you on your heels. Scott, our "agent" quoted us an "absolute" price in text and email. It was confirmed multiple times and we were assured to "not worry". When I brought up BBB complaints about bait and switch allegations I was told that these were false reports employed by their competitors, again "not to worry - the price is as quoted". The day before pick up I realized that we were never given an actual contract and asked for one. It was delivered the day of reflecting the new price that was DOUBLED. When I pointed this out it was then that I was informed that the previously quoted price was based on the "last time they shipped via this route" some 6 months ago and that the price quoted was just an estimate. We were never informed that this was an estimate and have numerous texts and emails guaranteeing the original cost. Back and forth with horrible ethics and scummy tactics for hours on the day we were to be shipping. Eventually I found someone else to do the transport at a higher cost but there was absolutely no way that I could feel comfortable using Fast Autoship based on these interactions. Avoid this company like the plague they are a disgrace to their industry. *** UPDATE 7/15/25 - The sleaziness from this company reared it's ugly head 2 months after the despicable experience. After the original threats, Fast Auto Ship LLC, returned our down payment - then recharged us! That was credited as well immediately by CC company. Then, 2 months later, they charged my card again!!! Just another showing of how deceitful and dishonest this company is. *** UPDATE 8/13/25 - after having the latest "re-charge" disputed I see that they charged my card again on 7/21/25!!! Total crooks STAY AWAY!!!

This is a horrible company, giving a price of $675 to transport a vehicle and then the day before, jacking the price up nearly a $1000 more. Then they would not remove the order number so I could get another company forcing me to use them. When I wrote a bad review, the sent me a message to remove the review or they would not transport my car!

DO NOT USE James gave me low ball pricing to hook me. Never honor pricing quoted. Was told a carrier would be assigned 24 hrs prior or morning of pickup. Of course this did not happen. There were 11 carriers, my car was listed at the bottom due to pricing Fast Autoship was looking for. 1200 mile trip would be roughly $1200, they listed for $950. Paid $150 deposit which is currently under dispute with bank. Asked how I would pay $200 cancelation fee. Told them to sue me. Not a trustworthy company to use

I would give zero stars if possible. Do not trust this company. A lot of there 5 stars review are fake to make themselves look good. I was quoted a price of $495 to Dallas, TX and the day that they are trying to get a driver for me they tell me it’ll be $900!! I said no that’s not what you told me. And I told you that I’m not paying more. And William assured me that my deposit was fully refundable. LIES!!! He didn’t want to give me back my money and said he would have to charge me $200 for canceling. He said that because he had a driver ready to pick up my car the next day that would be me canceling the appointment. Not once did I ever say book the pick up. He booked it himself with out my authorization. I reported this company to my bank and now I get phone calls and text messages about how they are going to fight me for this. If the price is too good it’s for a reason. I honestly regret using this company . DO NOT TRUST!

I needed a car transported and Harris reached out to me stating that the total cost to ship the car would be $245. I told him that the most I will pay is $245, is he sure that he can do it for that amount? Over the phone he stated he has a driver that is willing to transport my car for that amount, but he would need me to sign the contract with-in 15 minutes because the person that approves the contract was leaving. I, therefore, foolishly signed the contract. After a couple days of going back and forth with him increasing the price, I finally had to settle with $400. I told him that if he could not find a driver for $245 then the deal is off. He then told me that I would have to pay for breach of contract, even though it was him misleading. I felt like this was my only option. He wanted me to pay more than $500, but after much negotiating and him threatening me, we agreed to $400. This is a complete bait and switch. The customer service was absolutely horrible. Do not, do not, trust Harris. Very dishonest person. He represents the company horribly. He was yelling on the phone, berating, belittling, and trying to humiliate me and make me feel like a complete idiot. At one point he was actually laughing at me. Please, please do not use this company, they will stick it to you. Trying to save a little money is not worth the nightmare that Harris will put you through.

Chris was horrible at communicating! Delayed my pick up several days and doubled the price! Didn’t have an enclosed that I requested! Which they assured was available. He told me for 2 plus days someone would be there to get the car, never happened. When he finally had a driver he doubled the price and told me it was my fault cause the holiday. I arranged to have it picked before the holiday which never happened because he delayed. When my car arrived it was beyond filthy. This company pulls scams then leaves you with no option other than to pay the double price with delays and horrible communication! WORST TRANSPORT SERVICE EVER!

Terrible that delivery, I paid all the money at the time I gave them my motorcycle and when they delivered it to me in another state the motorcycle was bad, I wrote to them and they told me that I couldn't do anything that they said that the insurance worked that if there is damage they were not paid I still had to repair everything on my own it's terrible

All of my experiences were with representative James. James provided a quote to transport my vehicle. At the time of the quote. I had five quotes from other transporters. All of these quotes were for an enclosed trailer and four of the five were within $100 in price. James' quote was 1/3 the price of the others. Via email I questioned James several times regarding the price and his ability to meet it without sudden increases near the pickup date. I have emails of all James' reassurances that the pick up date would not be missed, and that the price would not change. When I went to sign the contract, there were several errors in the contract and it took perhaps five iterations for James to correct them. I have copies of all emails. I signed the contract and waited 48 hours for James to tell me who the delivery company would be. My vehicle pick up date was 10 business days after the contract signing. James' email response was that he was working with several companies and would provide me with the selected company on the day prior to pick up. With the 10-day window, I accepted his comment as being reasonable. The day prior to pickup, James emailed that he was conversing with 13 different companies and the price had tripled. He told me that earlier he had transported the same vehicle on the same route for the price that he originally quoted me. The vehicle to be transported is a large SUV and the route is non-typical. When I reminded James of his reassurances that the price would not change and the pick-up date would not be altered. He told me that nothing was guaranteed. He then asked how much was I willing to pay to have the vehicle transported. I have emails of all my communications with James. As a representative for his company, I do not recommend his company and I absolutely do not recommend James.
