BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! Promised to ship compact vehicle for $645.Prior to signing, Daniel promised that the vehicle would be picked up on the evening of the following day. Signed contract for this amount and provided the $100 deposit. Contract stated $545 cash on delivery. Pickup day came and Daniel never found a driver. I have associates who work in the industry who reported that this company actually posted my vehicle on the board for $2380. When I asked if he posted my vehicle for this amount, he explained this is not the price and I would only be charged what i signed for. Fast forward 24hr later...car was still never picked up. When he finally found a driver, he wanted me to pay $1600 ON TOP OF the deposit paid. I refused this amount since my contract was for $545 on delivery. He then proceeded to go back and forth with me on how no one wants to ship for the price of the contract. 48HRS after contract was signed, the car is still in my driveway. Spend your money with another company where your time is respected and your business is appreciated.

Ok first off, Im going to say I wonder how many of these reviews are real? I was waiting for you to do the right thing but you all decided to not respond. I confirmed 3 times that my car had to be at the destination at noon. You said YES so I deposited the amount. I couldn't reach anybody for eta. 8 AM … 10 AM .. 11… and it takes 1.30 hrs at least to do the job - I had to decide to cancel. The guy named Mike said yes yes yes then later he goes 'found one for the evening' no! I don't get why it's hard to tell me it couldn't be possible for noon delivery. I wasn't informed anything now whoever that I just spoke with yelled ‘we didn’t promise we don’t promise’ and 'but why does the car have to be there at noon!!??' Like ... are you being serious right now... the reasons are none of his business. Your company only needed to tell me whether it was possible or not. You made it promising so I put a deposit down. You couldn’t deliver as requested and you refuse to refund for a reasonable request - again, because it wasn't done as agreed. Also, the number listed on the website that says we could reach you 24/7 is not true. Then eventually, you guys asked me for Zelle details for refund. It’s been weeks and a lot of ‘today, end of day, this week, today, waiting for accounting part etc’ all the bs you could come up with and now poof, no more lies because apparently, you’ve gone quiet, no update and supposedly no refund. Fine, keep it it seems to be worth it to you. There goes everyone the guy that answered the phone was RUDE, gave a bunch of LIES on refund dates, and Mike POOR COMMUNICATION just because you wanted business doesn’t mean you can just say whatever!

Fast AutoShip is not one of them.

I was quoted a price of $450, all photos was sent and information. When it came time to pick up my bike the price jumped to$1200. The overall delivery was on point, but don't trust a low baller just to get the job. Advice, shop around

I got a hold of Scott Robinson, April 25 and told him I need my truck shipped the end of next month which be May I kept contacting him to make sure we were all set. Yep we’re all set. We’re all set. He said the price would be 375 I said are you sure 375 right he goes yep that’s the price so I got a hold of him yesterday. and he says the Truck Driver will get a hold of you tomorrow which is Saturday today. It was already four in the afternoon and I never heard from the guy so called me back and I finally got a hold of him and he says oh we can’t get anybody to pick your truck up. He says I could probably get it done tomorrow for $1200. Needless to say I’ll never go with this company again horrible horrible business.

Bait and switch scam artists. Do not sign a contract with them, even if they claim the price is set. They almost triple the price right before pick up time and say the contract was "an estimate". They are thieves!
