Misleading Pricing and Missed Delivery
I was quoted $350 and paid a deposit based on that price. After the deposit was paid, the price was increased to $550, which was not disclosed upfront. Daniel was my representative throughout this process. The vehicle was picked up on Friday with a promised delivery on Saturday. On Saturday morning, I was informed the delivery would be delayed until Tuesday, three days later than promised. Overall, the experience lacked transparency and reliability. I would not use this company again or recommend them

Scammers
All I can say is the company must pay Trust pilot to scrub the reviews. Check out yelp. These guys are pure scammers. Quoted me $495 to ship my car then after getting my deposit, called me back and doubled the price. Bait and switch scammers. DO NOT USE THEM.

UPDATE !!!!! I asked about the refund, they said to do what I wanted that I had signed a contract (malicious) and that they are not going to return anything and I had already filled out a complaint in the BBB, but they don't care about the reputation of their business, just keep robbing people with false promises that they will never keep, stay away from this company, it will only take your money The worst company I have to deal They send you a contract in my case for 485 and they ask you for 100 deposit, then they call me 3 times to change the pick up dates and as a good human being I accept, Last minute they send me a text saying that it will be 1,350 dlls What!!!!! 300% more And now that I want to cancel they don't help me they want 200 dlls more of cancellation That's how they make money with people Look at the negative reviews, they all say the same thing, they hook you with lies of false prices and false dates and then suddenly prices go sky high Customer service never try to resolve my demand ,I want my money back the 300 dlls that they keep it I’m getting legal advice to fight for this injustice Not an honest company

They gave the lowest estimate...bait and switch. "Agent " kept harassing me after their price doubled and want 200 cancelation fee. Stay away.

Trust pilot obviously can't be trusted…
Trust pilot obviously can't be trusted anymore. They obviously don't verify or confirm any reviews anymore as our data has indicated that 91% of these reviews are indeed fake. I don't know how or why trust pilot confirms their reviews, but they obviously dont use data mining, algorithms or any sort of analytics. A simple dig on these reviews shows most, if not all are fake. I dont expect trust pilot to post this, but who knows, as they need to wake up!

This is a bait and switch operation
This is a bait and switch operation. They give you a low price. Then when they “find” a transporter. The price is double at least. They also require a deposit. The form they send is not an authorization for a one time charge. But for a recurring charge. They do not mention that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They do not own the trucks that transport your vehicles. Basically a broker that has fine print in the contract to trap you. In the fine print they will charge a $200.00 fee if you cancel the order. That is why I guess they have a recurring authorization form for your credit card. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
