This company workers Mike and John supposedly the managers are lawyers Mike told me I will get my $100 back if I was not assigned a driver well I will not find a driver and the car I was thinking about getting was no longer available so I canceled my order Mike tells me I cannot get my $100 back and that I will be charged $250 for Catholic and then John get on here and tell me give me a voucher well I deny that may I liars and fees for $100 I recommend you not to even bother with these liars thank you have a blessed day

This people are from Pakistan, first they say a Price they say it's all inclusive but after you book you're order with them they dubble the amount and say it depends on driver's,it's a total scam ,then they ask $200as cancelation fee ,be aware of this frud

This company is a scam and should be reported. They guaranteed $250 $50 to them and $200 to the driver then delayed the shipment for over two days, demanded $500, and took $300 from the driver plus my $50 Stay away

They told me one price and after I signed the contract the price was almost triple and took more then a month to get me a price that was double the original price and was charging me a cancellation fee so I just paid and got it over with

Ready to call the police... On 07/02/26, I spoke to "Harris Wilson" supposedly and he said it would be $200 TOTAL to ship my truck that I just bought from a dealership, and bring it to my house. I signed his contract and paid the initial $50 to place the order. I finish all the paperwork at the dealership and drive home (it was a 5 hour drive so I had to have them ship it home so I could drive my other car home.) I was told that he would have his driver pick it up the next morning from the dealership. 07/03/26 Im waiting all morning and havent heard anything, and after hours I finally find out that the driver (Adrian Rodriguez Sanchez) is going to pick up my truck from the dealer in 30min. Come to find out that the truck was finally picked up 3 hours later. I was then called by Harris who explained that the total price was going to be $400 instead because theyre a "middle man". If you want to cancel the order its a $200 fee...so they scam you into paying extra. I was then called by the dealership and they informed me that Harris called them asking what company picked up the truck, which I dont know why he wouldnt know what company picked up the truck? But he warned me that it sounded sketchy so keep getting updates from them. I was instructed by Harris to contact the driver for an ETA to make sure I would be home for the delivery. I texted and called the driver and it would continually go straight to voicemail and his voicemail box was full and would not reply to any texts. Finally after several more hours I am notified from the drivers dispatch (Alex) that his ETA will be between 6-7pm. So as time went on, it eventually got closer to that time and I asked for an update which took another few hours and finally they said because of traffic it would be pushed back to 7-8:30pm. No big deal I can wait. Then 8:30 comes around and no updates whatsoever like both dispatch and Harris promised me. I have felt a heavy anxiety this whole process because of how shady they would do things. I call the driver, dispatch and Harris to try and get a hold of someone. It wasnt until another 2 hours later that I was ready to call the police to report a stolen vehicle but finally I got a call from dispatch saying that they were stuck waiting for another vehicle drop off. They couldnt tell me that ahead of time, they waited til past the last end of the eta window and they were still 3 hours away. I was informed by dispatch that the drivers new eta is 12:30am past midnight and that he would send the drivers tracking information so that I could have some peace of mind finally. And surprise surprise...I never got tracking, I asked about getting the tracking and he said oh well let me ask the driver, and I continually asked about getting the tracking and he ignored any method of contact. So I went to sleep just praying that he would show up at the 3rd eta I was given. 07/04/26 I wake up around 12:30am and texted the driver again who FINALLY could reply to me and say hes 10min out. He drops off my truck, asks for payment, and leaves...no apology, nothing... Thankful I got my truck finally but this is the sketchiest company I have ever dealt with and will NEVER use them again. I then get a call later in the morning by Harris asking how my experience was and if I would give him a 5 star review so he can get a reward. I couldnt help but go off on him about how insane it is to ask for a 5 star review and to use their service again after the lack of communication, lack of professionalism, and lies.

I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this auto transport company, specifically Scott. The initial quote I received was significantly lower than what was apparently needed to secure a carrier. After booking, my vehicle sat in limbo with no meaningful progress toward pickup or delivery. It became clear that the company had underquoted the job simply to win my business, aka take my deposit and their bogus cancellation fee. When I finally decided to cancel and work with a different transporter, I discovered that the company had posted my shipment on the transportation board at a much higher price, essentially holding my vehicle hostage to the alternate company by outbidding them. They knew the original quote was unrealistic from the beginning. To make matters worse, my vehicle was effectively held hostage in a pending status while I tried to move on with another company. The only way to get the order released and proceed with alternate arrangements was to pay a cancellation fee, as well as lose my deposit. Instead of providing the service they promised, they created delays, wasted my time, and then charged me to escape the situation. I understand that transport pricing can fluctuate, but transparency and honesty are essential. Had they provided a realistic quote upfront, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I was lured in with a low estimate, left waiting without results, and penalized when I chose to take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, straightforward auto transport services.

Avoid this scam—total fake promises, full of liars. When I asked them to cancel my pickup, they threatened to charge my credit card and called me stupid. Like, seriously? The customer support is apparently in Sri Lanka, and the person has no idea how to talk to a customer. Just a total mess. Stay away FROM Scott and the crew

My experience with this transport company (Fast Autoship) under Manager John was very disappointing. Communication was poor, and it was difficult to get clear updates regarding my service. Very disappointing experience. The company did not provide the service I paid for. When I requested to cancel my order due to the lack of service, I was told that I would have to pay a $200 cancellation fee. On top of that, my refund has not been processed. I found the situation unfair and frustrating, and I believe customers should be clearly informed of all fees and refund policies in advance.
