I purchased a gift card for a friend to use in store, but they told her it could only be used online. It was not obvious anywhere that those are only for online. Very deceptive and disappointing.

Ding dong! Anyone home? Manager Kelly didn't even know if ine size fits all fit. 5'1 100 lb lady. She told me to open it ! Then 8 can't exchange it and you can't return anything opened or not. Get ready to throw some money away .

Bought a $100 item, it was defective and broke down first wk and wouldn't charge. I filled out return form and returned item. Then received response telling me of their no return policy. No refund. I understand cant reuse items! Its DEFECTIVE. I couldn't return it within 7 days due to my schedule. They refuse to replace it or give refund. This is unacceptable for such a high priced item, that broke!!!

I tried to cancel my order but they said that there policy doesn't allow it because of their high sales volume. They are terrible to work with! Don't use! Ever! I would give them zero stars if that was available!
