I have been a return customer with Farsali for about a year, never with any issues. Just recently, I restocked on the same cream I usually buy but something was off with the color and texture of it, and it burned the skin a little. I contacted customer service about it and their response was quick and thorough. After sending pictures and explaining my concerns, they quickly helped and sent me a replacement that works just as well as I normally expect from their products. I really appreciate their help and will continue to trust in their products because of it.

I order $175 worth of food two produce was faulty and immediately message them and was told to send. Video which I did, but they said they never received the email, so send picture, I did, now they want me to send the product back at my cost .. What disgusting customer service. Don’t buy from them scam artist

Good products but bad return policies. My product arrived defective and when I reached out to them, they asked me to pay for the return shipping where they should be providing me with return label. It’s horrible!!

i enquired about a product that i ordered and was asked to send screenshots of my confirmation order. then they said that i ordered from a different company which is a downright lie i went to there website clicked on international and proceeded to checkout just like you would. and i did not recieve a trackng order nothing not even my product and they believe that i hadnt ordered from them which i did the confirmation i recieved and so fourth said farsali. do not purchase anything its a downright scam and they will not return your money, they are legit theives and i lost 54 dollars.
