Never received the product. Please reconsider ordering from this vendor.

I received the package destroyed and both bags of nuts inside were compromised. I email the support twice, I called and one week later ... no response. Too bad since the nuts were good. This was not my first order with them but might be the last if they do not get back to me and fix the issue. EDIT: after i posted this review, over a week later, farmfreshnuts contacted me, refunded the order and set me up with UPS for review of the damages at my place or office. They are sending food in a thin carboard box with no additional protection and then they blame the shipper.

9 lb box of nuts has been in transit since 2/27/2024 and has not yet been received as of 3/15/2024. So, low marks on whatever happened with getting the box into the shipping channel.

I got a massively incorrect order and there's no one answering phones at your customer service line (which changes it's number everyt time I look it up). No one has returned my emails either. Is this a scam company?

I am receiving weekly orders which I did not consent to. If I did, it was a mistake!!!

The nuts tasted horrible. Not one tasted was good. I brought them for a gathering and set out bowl of them around the rooms and no one liked them. They tasted old and often burnt. Some were tasteless, some were bitter. Just a huge disappointment. Edit: company saw the review and sent a full refund. I will try again because the first batch we bought from them were excellent.

The peanuts were advertised as truffle salted but I can detect no trace of truffles. FALSE ADVERTISING

Your delivery is so very slow. I have not even received your product yet that I ordered on June 23, so I cannot comment on that. My rating is based on your extremely slow delivery time compared to your competitors.
