I was totally stressed out trying to get a flight home for a funeral. After about 6 hours and still no confirmed flight I found Rihanna. She got me a flight home and I will make it to the funeral

Jennifer helped me out on a really stressful flight booking. She stayed calm and professional the whole time. She provided me with the kind of service that is above and beyond the type of services you get nowadays. A+ person to deal with.

I want to thank Jennifer. She was very helpful, patient, and consistent. Jennifer reached out to me, helping me get a great deal. Went the extra mile to make sure my ticket was booked, she was excellent, very professional, overall she showed great customer service. I checked, and my ticket was booked she even sent me the American airline tracking #'s to locate it. GREAT JOB JENNIFER!!!

Rihanna has been wonderful to work with. I must say when I was reading all of these reviews, I was very nervous. Giving her my information and texting her also made me nervous. Once I received my tickets I called Delta and everything has been confirmed and so far very smooth.

Rihanna the travel agent got us all the way through with our reservation with much passion in her work, even assigning our seats perfectly as a family of 5 together in the same area by her own initiative. I think that speaks a lot. May the Lord bless her.
