I recently used FareFirst Flights to book my ticket, and the experience was smooth. I was able to find a great deal on my flight. The booking process was straightforward, and I received my ticket without any issues. Overall, a reliable service for booking flights at affordable rates. I would definitely use FareFirst again for future travel.

Hi Vishakh, Thanks for the encouraging words.

Hi... This is the first time I deal with you... I will make a reservation to Copenhagen from Amman with Turkish airlines.. My question... Do you make the confirmation immediately or after while... Thanks for your time..

Hello Ahmed, We are a flight ticket comparison platform, we show tickets availability from various sources. Once you click the BUY button , you are redirected to the respective booking website, they will collect the payment and issue the ticket. All further customer care support will be provided by them. Usually most of the redirected websites provide tickets immediately after booking. But some of them take some time to generate the ticket. You can directly get in touch with them before booking to get a confirmation regarding this scenario.

Thank you for your rating. I understand that you were unhappy with the delay of 1 hour in receiving your ticket. Most of our partners usually issue tickets instantly within 5 minutes. But in rare cases, airlines take time for confirmation. But, be rest assured that, we have forwarded this concern to our ticketing partner. We will optimise our systems. Please consider your experience as a rare exception, and give us another chance to serve you. In case you need any assistance in the future, please write to us at [email protected]

First time I've ever used the search and the only filter I changed was flight duration (22 hours). Nevertheless it continued to offer flights as long as 40 hours plus. Such a simple filter and it couldn't deal with it. BACK TO SKYSCANNER I'm afraid EDIT, I'm a NUMPTY Within hours of my review I was contacted by the company and was sent a short video on how to set the flight duration filter. Due to never using the site before I didn't realise that I had to set 2 filters 1 for outbound and 1 for inbound, hence the reason I was getting offered flights that were longer than I wanted. Top marks for communication, I've now booked flights for my journey but will re visit Farefirst for my next journey

Hello Anthony, Apologies for your experiece. This is not something we want to deliver to our customers. 1. Could you please help us understand on which platform you experienced this behaviour? Android or iOS or Web browser or Voice enabled booking ? 2. Could you please tell us your travel plan, so that we can try to recreate the scenario on our side. 3. Any screenshot of the issue would help us greatly in identifying the issue. Please mail us at [email protected] with the details, so that we can look into this issue at the earliest. [TCKT-46521004]

This app allows you to compare and book flight tickets. I beleive this saves the time to search across multiple websites to find the best price. recommended.
