I wish I could give you-10 you guys are totally liars and fraud

Very bad company. They had an offer on United airline for $90 per ticket. My father purchased 2 tickets and got a confirmation/reservation #. He planned his trip accordingly, booked his hotel, car rental...etc the next day, someone from the company called him and said that this offer is no longer valid and that they can rebook him the same flights but the rate will be about $250 per ticket which he found the day before cheaper on different websites. He told them that he doesn't want to rebook and to cancel the reservation. They said that they will have to charge him $50 fees per ticket if he doesn't rebook with them and that is in their terms & conditions. This was really frustrating and nothing but a scam. My father is not a computer savy, he is an old guy and dictated me this review. Never use them or recommend them to anyone.

I wish I could give this website less than one star. You get a discounted rate but they fail to mention anywhere that you can’t check a bag or bring a carry on. If you want to add either on you’ll have to pay the rates of a full price ticket. I got a refund and am leaving a review to make sure people only use this site if you can manage to pack whatever you need in a personal item.

This company is trash. The customer service is among the worst Indian call centers that I’ve run into. The fares are advertised low and don’t give real info on the fare class. I won’t even search against their offerings again in the future.

ZERO stars! I got scammed! This is not a legitimate group!! Guy with an Indian accent named "Mark Jensen". I never got a confirmation email, just an email saying that my booking is on hold and that they are trying to call me. I told them I wanted I didn't feel comfortable with this transaction and wanted it all cancelled and they said they wouldn't. They sent me another email saying I need to authorize the booking. So I called my credit card company and they said a transaction was attempted but got denied, so I cancelled my credit card. "Fare Buddies" website shows their Trust Pilot rating as five stars! But here it is 2 stars! SUCH A SCAM!! How do you report websites like this!?!?

I booked travel with this travel company on December 10, 2022, for a flight to Washington, DC on January 6, 2023, for $159.00. After which, I received confirmation and booking number, FDB29555. I started receiving what I now know is voice messages from a representative of this company. However, the representative never left a contact number, so I started calling and emailing the company. I increased my contact efforts because the airline I was booked with, United, could not find a reservation for me. Every time I called, emailed, and chatted with Fare Buddies, I was told my reservation was assigned to an agent, Michelle, and she was working on my reservation. After no response from Michelle, I informed Fare Buddies via email, chat, and a phone call that their company is a scam and my reservation is fraudulent, and that I am escalating a complaint. It was only after this "threat" that I was able to speak to Michelle, who then informed me that my airline fare was no longer available, but a higher fare than I originally booked is now available for booking. When I declined to purchase a higher fare and questioned how it is that my original reservation was confirmed booked and now it is not, Michelle stated that United would not accept the fare that Fare Buddies advertised. Michelle then stated that she attempted to contact me many times about my reservation. When I informed her that 1) she never left a message with a contact number. 2) she never left in her message that my fare "wasn't accepted." 3) that if there was a grave issue with my reservation, why wasn't that relayed via email or voicemail? Michelle had no response. Subsequently, I am now receiving a series of emails from Fare Buddies, even one that now says my reservation is canceled. Since I am one week away from my flight and I am forced to pay a fare that is doubled what I thought I had secured with Fare Buddies. Tell me this isn't some kind of scam Fare Buddies is running - advertise a low price, then try to make you pay a higher price because they never actually booked a real reservation! How can you or the public trust Fare Buddies, Trust Pilot - are they paying you!!!???

Scam company. After the purchase, they called to tell me I had to pay a huge extra (260$ more off a 980$ purchase) to be able to bring any carry-on or personal baggage on my flight... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
