Terrible service, never use them. They let you book then say "the airline doesn't accept that rate" so you find yourself without a flight. Absolutely NEVER use it.

I called because I didn't get a comfirmation email and was told I didn't have a reservation. So I rebooked only to find out that I already had one. So I was lied to about it. Then they told me that they couldn't cancel that it would be up to the airline. So when I called again they said they could cancel both and the new price would be $389 versus the original price of $370 and I was told that I could bring a carry on and pick my seats I said great and lets do it. Only to find out that this was in addition to the $370, so I was lied to again and this Roger supervisor that I talked to was angry and rude. Telling me that now I had to pay for both of the $370 reservations. Very very poor customer service. The worst that I have ever seen!!

Booked a flight with them, got an email, call and text telling me problem with my tickets. I called, they told me "All Tickets are Non-refundable, Non-changeable and Non-transferable. Total price shown includes all applicable taxes and our fees." I said ok. then they told me i could not take a carry on, on the flight, I can not pay for checked bag! I said what?? The air lines allows me to pay to check a bag. She said let me search for an upgrade I said wait you email you sent me says in 6. Prices may not include baggage fees or other fees charged directly by the airline. 7. Free baggage allowance provide to the passenger where is applicable by the airlines side, varying according to routes and class of seat. Airlines may charge additional fee for checked-in baggage and extra baggage or other optional services. She continued to tell me they would not let me take luggage on an economy flight. I hung up and called the air line. I checked and my card has not been charged yet. After being on hold with Delta for almost 1 hour NO TICKET!

S.C.A.M. S.C.A.M. They "book" at a low price, then call you to tell you that, if you want to have luggage, you have to pay more. Then threaten if you don't, you have to pay the airline cancellation fee. They already took your credit card number hostage, so you are forced to book. When all is done, you pay what you would have paid through the airline's website, plus what they call "taxes" which my credit card company says is a travel agency fee. A dishonest company. They are not in Maryland. Everyone I talked to had an Indian accent, but names like Wade Wilson, Tom Walter, etc. I mean, seriously? I should have known better and should have gone with my gut feeling.

SCAM! Terrible Company! They sell you cheap flight tickets on their website then AFTER you've paid they call and say those were promotional or restricted ticket that DO NOT ALLOW you to add a checked bag at the airport or even have a carryon or personal item! Then they quite you a much more expensive price FOR THE EXACT SAME TICKETS with the privilege or paying another fee at the airport to check a bag and these extra fancy exact same tickets do allow a carryon and a personal item... oooooohhhhhh! If you decline they inform you that the tickets you've already purchased are nonrefundable. Now they've got you! Either pay the extra cost or lose the money you've already paid!

Farebuddies misleads and frauds with people. They make you book tickets at lower fares and then after you have paid and made the booking, they will call you the following day to tell you that this was a special fare and that baggage etc is not included. Then when you try to cancel the flight they charge you a arm and foot to cancel. Please beware and do not book from this site.

The website shown you email and live customer service and they are liar, need to give -5 star, they are trying to ask you pay more and more at least $300 above! The customer service guys are fooling around you in order to keep your credit card charge, so I pushed the cancellation confirm again and again.

I wish I could give them -5 stars. They sell special tickets with no details and information, you won't know that your international flight price doesn't include any baggage, and they won't cancel within 24 hours. I had to pay an extra 400 dollars for this after they chatted with me for an hour. An awful way of business. I feel I got scammed
