Placed my ordered and was billed promptly to my credit card. Tracking showed that USPS was awaiting item. The end, waited a week and no movement of tracking. Emailed customer support at address listed and no response received. Had to dispute charge with credit card.

I love and trust the quality of my purchase.

The items were shipped the same day and arrived 4 days prior to anticipated delivery. More importantly, the items were well represented on the website and were very nice. It is hard to judge quality of pins from a simple picture, but these items exactly matched their descriptions and pictures.
