This company is a FRAUD. These are SCAMMERS! They take your money and do not ship your products.

Scam… package never delivered, they said they sent a second package and it also never arrived after tracking said it’s been delivered. Cameras show no pay was ever delivered

Same experience as others I ordered through them for American Eagle closeout sale. I never received my package, even though it said it was delivered. They took out the money from my bank account immediately and have failed to give me a refund or contact Customer Service if anyone has a number that has worked for them, please let me know. I hate this kind of BS wasted my time and my money.

Same experience as many other reviewers. Package not delivered, despite them saying it was, twice. Waited weeks and weeks, still no refund. Definitely a SCAM!!!

Package never arrived despite tracking saying it did. There was no way to look up the order on the website. They offered a second expedited delivery that also never arrived and even if it did, was still outside the promised delivery date. I requested a refund and they said they would give me "70% back because they also lost money" and eventually agreed to a full refund when I disagreed about that being an acceptable solution. The refund they issued did not include shipping and they now just copy paste the same response about how refunds work.

Didn't receive order. Said it was delivered it was not. Cameras didn't show anyone at my residence on the day they claimed to deliver. Cameras were checked for 9/4 /2025 &9/5/2025.Then only returned 60% of my payment and argued that delivered was made. Would not tell me who the courier was so I could contact them myself. They are not trust worthy.

I ordered from hot topic on a website but this company took my money out of my bank account and it’s been 10 days haven’t heard anything from them no emails with my order or anything they is totally a scam now I’m out of my money a bunch of bs !!!!!
