I fell for this scam too. I visited the Fanniey website and it looked legit --- even classy. And the fact that their shoes were made in China never raised a red (ahem!) flag. I ordered a pair of their shoes as a birthday gift for a friend who suffers from plantar fasciitis. I paid extra for express shipping -- it seemed to have the opposite effect. It took over 3 weeks to get here (from NJ). IT TOOK TWENTY-SIX (26!!!) EMAILS BACK AND FORTH in which they told me to "be patient" when they were late and I wanted to cancel. While they eventually took off the $10+ for the wasted express shipping fee, the shoes were not the right size -- they weren't even Fanniey! The 10-1/2 size was correct, but the width was too tight. When I asked for return shipping instructions, I was told they needed to go to CHINA AT MY EXPENSE even though they came from NJ!! I donated them to Goodwill. AVOID THIS BS VENDOR AT ALL COSTS!

No response to email to customer service about an exchange. even paid more for first pair asking to exchange for a less expensive pair without a refund. no response. so don't buy from this company. As there is no customer service.

I will have to say "ditto" to the commentary here. The company essentially has no workable "return" policy despite the fact that their product is subpar or that the order was wrong. The cost of doing business with them is a losing proposition.

Same as the previous reviews. ordered 10 1/2 received 7 1/2. Saw the error on the order confirmation and immediately contacted them to correct/cancel/refund. said they could not refund as money was already received in China. Website says they have only the best Italian shoes and have many pictures. Shipped from California. Chinese company is ZHIQINGTECH. On going email exchange...offered 8% refund if I paid to mail to China address provided. Also, suggested I give to someone else and they would give 10% off if I order again. I am in the process of filing a complaint with PayPal and AMEX.

I purchased two pairs of their shoes. I have always worn a men's size 12 and their shoes seem to run smaller than normal, so they did not fit...too snug. Also, upon further inspection, I was surprised to find out that the shoes have little to no arch support and the shoe insert pad is paper thin. They boast in the ad that they are the best shoes for people with foot problems. Anyway, when I contacted them to take advantage of their 30-day money back guarantee (100% refund, no questions asked) that is. They told me to give them to a friend or relative, but they would knock off an additional 10%. They also instructed me NOT TO RETURN the shoes without an RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number which they were NOT going to provide me...LOL SERIOUSLY! WHO DO THESE CLOWNS THINK THEY ARE??? I"m in the process of returning the shoes regardless of the RMA number and get the word out to every agency I can so they can be AWARE of their business practices.

Beware this company’s return policy. They try everything to avoid giving you a refund by suggesting if the goods are the wrong size you give them away and order some more at a 10% discount. If you persevere and ask to return them, they give you an address in Hong Kong and sending the parcel back will cost you as much as a refund. The shoes I ordered came up very small in size, not the US 12 I ordered, more like a 10.

This is a phony website designed with the sole purpose of stealing your money! It took me days to get PayPal to refund my account and it was only after they provided fake tracking info that was delivered to another State - genius that they are! I also reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and it is now on their registry.

Ordered 2 pair of shoes and insurance. Package was never received and company has offered 30% refund. Am filing complaint with PayPal and my bank.
