Horrible! Website states shoes are made in Italy and this is not true; they're made in China! Took several weeks to receive our order. Upon receipt found one of the shoes was two sizes too small. Other two pairs were very narrow. I immediately emailed requesting a refund and got a run around....they offered me 10% refund and suggested I give shoes to relatives! I wrote back saying I want a refund immediately and they replied saying I'm responsible for shipping costs back to China!! And my package "may get lost along the way"!!! Ridiculous!! Do not order, this is a scam!!

The quality of the shoes that I ordered is crap. Not worth the money. Not comfortable at all. I bought 2 pairs. In one week both are in the trash. Fo not buy. Chinese junk

This company is a scam, pure and simple. They got me for $50 bucks. If you order from this company, you will be sitting here just like me writing a similar review and you'll be mad. I won't go into the details, same as all previous reviewers. I can't believe I fell for this scam!

This company is a SCAM. Stay away from them. Ordered a pair of shoes and tried returning them without success. Through emails they keep giving me the run around. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. I got a tracking number that had a fake diamond ring turn up. Contacted customer service was told it was an error and I’d be refunded. Not been refunded. This is a scam. Don’t waste your money on them.

Finally received my shoes.terrible shoes.i ordered size 12 and shoe doesn't have the size listed in the shoe.its size 11or 11and a half.to small for me so I donated them to the goodwill.i cant wear them.shoe was very bad.i feel bad giving them to the goodwill but hopefully someone can use them.

Shoe size is smaller than indicated and multiple emails have not resulted in an acceptable resolution. Will get stuck with these and will most likely donate to charity.

Do not waste money. I wish I'd read the reviews here before I purchased. Once oder arrived I could see the shoe was obviously the wrong size even though it was listed as what I ordered. Contacted customer service explained that there shoe was sized wrong. Took pictures of my shoes next to their shoe all showing the same size. Their shoe was at obviously smaller. Customer Service was no help never seemed to grasp the issue that their shoe is not the proper size.
