Quality misrepresented. Advertised as suede, isn't. Advertised as good sole support, not. Thin, flat sole that will be hard to walk outside and not for long standing jobs. Advertised as lined with sheepskin, not. Design is nice and my hubs loved them but is currently at Walmart to buy arch support. Definitely not the original 159.99 value. Very disappointed.

I ordered thes shoes about a month back finally got the order today. First off the ad states Made in USA. That is not true. Made and shipped from China. Second. The shoes that I received are rust color not brown that I had ordered, Third; I ordered a 9.5 size and I don't know what was sent but it is about 3 inches shorter than my 9.5 that I ordered. Forth: This entire operation is a scam to steal from unsuspecting Americans. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WANT TO GET SCAMMED. 17:22 Fanniey reply. Hello! We want you to know that we have received your message and will be in touch with you within 24 hours to resolve your issue. Thank you very much for your patience.

This is a scam. Do not order from this company.

Order was late, the shoes were the wrong size and appear to be a cheap, plastic knock off of the product shown. The entire experience seemed deceptive to me. The shoes were sent from what appears to be a private residence in New Jersey. Save your money, go to a real shoe store.

Do not buy!!! I had ordered two pairs of shoes for my husband. He needs wide, size 12. Shoes arrived, but they do not have any markings on them - no size, no info about materials. Both shoes are regular or narrow, definitely not wide, and much smaller than 12. I sent 7 e-mail to the company, asking how to return them, but did not get any answers... If this unprofessional behavior continues without response I will follow up with complaints to the Dept of consumer affairs. Disappointing purchase and no customer service by Fanniey. Scam

When I received my order from Finniey of shoes they had sent me TWO LEFT FOOT SHOES. I sent them a message explaining the problem. No response so tried to send them another message and neither of the email addresses now don’t exist. I read some of the reviews that other people filled out and see that I am not alone with my experience. I also will have to count off the loss of the money I spent on these. I will buy my next order of shoes from a company in the United States!

If I could leave the review without a star, I would. I should have done my homework, so I own up to my mistake. The only thing I can do is add to the reviews of the people at this site. The shoes arrived after an extended delay and they weren't even the right color. While I'd like to think they'll respond to my email for a refund, after seeing the experience of others here, that's wishful thinking. I can only try to warn others.
