I bought a deeply discounted bitty bogg from a sight claiming to be Old Navy. The shipping tracking info said it was coming from China. After 7 weeks they claimed it was delivered. When I contacted them they offered to send another. I declined, they offered a 40% reimbursement. I declined, stating I got 60% of nothing. Their responce was condescending, they said something about understanding that $22.95 might be a lot for me, but they too had suffered a loss, but offered 80%. Again I rejected their offer, stating I'd received 0% of a product and I was not paying for 20% of anything. The next email claimed they'd spoken to a superior and I'd receive a rebate in 15-25 days. On the 25th day I got an email saying that due to a high demand for refunds my transaction was delayed. I called my credit card company on a Thursday to dispute the charge and Saturday I had an email from my credit card company stating they had resolved the issue. Complete scam site!
