It's like Godaddy but cheaper prices
So far I have only bought an email and a domain here, but everything worked out fine. The purchase and account setup was easy and easy to get setup on my phone. They offer almost all of the same services as the big name registrars but the prices are much cheaper, even for renewals. I did not need to contact their support but its nice to know there is a 24/7 support number if need be. I did buy the website builder for a month but I don't think it's going to be what I want so I may call and see if I can change it out with a Wordpress plan instead.
