The picture was not what I received
The picture was not what I received! In the picture it was a ceramic statue and what I received was some acrylic with a sticker attached! The description did actually say acrylic but the photo was a ceramic statue. Just show people what they are actually getting! Never ordered from here anymore!!

I have contacted you about the fact that the Pooh pillow looks nothing like the advertisement or even in the store. I also wondered where my zip up hoodie was. I was told it comes separately, yet everything says my order has been delivered. I would like to know where my zip up hoodie is or I would like a refund on my purchase Beth

Avoid At All Cost!!!!
The products displayed on the website (likely AI generated images) does not match what will be delivered. I also did not receive an item from my order and after contacting customer service multiple times have yet to get a response.

I sent you a picture of the broken mug you sent me and never heard back. Only one mug arrived in tact. You need to either refund my money or send a new mug. Also, your mugs are not what’s pictured on your site. Terrible and misleading! Your company is off my list to order anything ever again.

I’m disappointed with this purchase and my overall experience with this seller. The bag I received did not match the description provided at the time of sale, and the quality was not what was represented. I reached out to the seller to try to resolve the issue directly, but the response and resolution were unsatisfactory. As a buyer, I expect accurate product descriptions and reasonable customer service when concerns are raised. Based on my experience, I would advise other customers to proceed with caution when purchasing from this seller.
