Very disappointing
Very disappointing - Ordered a Valentine Gift as they advertised well in advance. Still as of today - 2/17/21 have not received my item. Customer service is horrible as they DO NOT understand your request and kick you around like a soccer ball. Phone number provided on website gets you NO were fast! I wish I had not ordered from them and I will never again order from them. They make it very hard to get through to them and have your issue resolved. I have explained my situation several times and all I get it - random agents responding with generic replies. So SAD and unprofessional.
