I sensed an air of disdainful indifference from the staff, which immediately made me feel marginalized as a customer. The founder's vision seemed to have been lost somewhere along the way, as the quality of service and food fell short of expectations. It was an unpleasant ordeal trying to enjoy a meal amidst the lackluster atmosphere and subpar dishes.
