All in all a much better experience than I was expecting. My rep, David, was very proactive at keeping me informed. I was worried that there would be extra charges, but that didn't happen. The only mishap was that the first carrier couldn't load the car (it was inoperable) since his winch wasn't working. David found a new carrier and the car was moved without a problem on the second try. Fortunately I was in no rush. The price was right (about half what others were quoting) and the service was excellent.

They were able to get me a driver schedule for a long distance transport on the same day. Gave me great service from start to finish and always kept me updated. I would highly recommend!

I have to admit I was alittle nervous about using a company to transport my daughters car from Florida to Connecticut.I was contacted by John Gatsby and he answered all my questions and made me feel like I was in good hands.Every step of the way he kept in contact and let me know what was happening with the vehicle.I highly recommend their service and would definitely use them again.And to make it even better it was New Years Day and he responded to my calls.

John Gatsby was so helpful. I had to change locations for delivery. He immediately started searching. It was however stressful finding a carrier, due to the weather across the nation. Very understandable. I was disappointed the cost rose $250 to find a carrier. The carrier was wonderful. He was very professional and cared about his cargo. Delivery was impeccable. My entire experience was most pleasant. We are planning to ship another car in the future. Only Falcon I will definitely recommend Falcon & Mr. John Gatsby.
