We'd like to take a moment to respond to recent negative reviews. We've been experiencing technical difficulties for some orders: when a customer initiated a payment, canceled it, and re-initiated it again, our systems were unable to link the new payment request to the correct order. We've been issuing complimentary credits to everyone affected. The technical issue has now been resolved. We appreciate your understanding and support.
