My friend sent Fairness Factor to me because I had a Performance Review coming up. I didn’t have high expectations but I never get much out of my reviews, so figured I had nothing to lose, since it’s free to use. I was pleasantly surprised with the Negotiation playbook and how it helped me really map out what I was going to say to my manager. I used it to ask for a raise, I am still awaiting my managers response but I walked away thinking “I have smashed that review” which I haven’t said to myself in a long time! 10/10 would recommend!
