Amazing customer service was absolutely worth it

My experience was great Dr. Noreen Mulvanerty called me because I was late and waited until I was able to log in for the virtual appointment. The entire process from creating a appointment, attending the appointment, was simple.

I was a little skeptical, more so because this was new territory and I had no idea what the process would be like. The majority of reviews made me feel confident this wasn’t a scam site so I went for it. GLAD I DID! From initial payment (which is a hold on your card until approved) to certificate in my possession was less than an hour. INCREDIBLE! I lucked out and there were same day appointments to speak with a medical professional so this may not always be the case. She was a little late to our scheduled appointment, so I’d suggest staying on the call if no one joins right away. That didn’t bother me though since remote meetings can sometimes have technical difficulties. We spoke for a little about my condition and she opened the floor for me to speak out about any questions I may have and then I was approved. The whole call was maybe 10 minutes and my certificate was available in my account right after disconnecting. I was informed how the previous process in NY was to take the certificate and then sign up with the state to receive a Medical Marijuana Card, but now you just use the certificate you get from FadeMD along with your ID. I went to a local medical only shop the next day with my certificate in hand and had no issue getting inside and getting what I needed. It’s nice to have a better sense of where my good are coming from before NY’s recreational use dispensaries become more widespread.
