Least expensive and expeditious processing.

My letter to Customer Service: Monica, thank you! I was able to download my certificate at 3:20 p.m. today and was done with my application to OMMA by 4:00 p.m. because I got everything else I needed ready to go after my doctor's appointment last night. In spite of the delay past the $30 for 30 minute expedited confirmation expectation, I've had a great customer experience! I had no idea what to do but your website explained everything and provided links to where I could get additional information. In addition, customer service has been great answering questions and I appreciate the refund of my expedite fee! I would also like to commend Dr Kelly Hefferon with whom I met yesterday to determine my eligibility. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and after we discussed my medical issues, she explained about different products I might find useful for my particular issues and provided dosing recommendations. She taught me several things about CBD, different marijuana strains and what to look for. She told me a bit about what to expect at a dispensary, and told me most dispensaries have a website where I could look at their products before going there. The doctor, I wish I could access her name. I believe it was Noreen N or V. I didn't write it down unfortunately, but it was quick, easy and painless. She was very helpful and friendly. She also gave me great tips and information I could use later.
