The physician was great. It's been almost 3 weeks and I have not yet received my renewal card. My home state is telling me FadeMD hasn't sent the recert but FadeMD says they uploaded it into the portal. My card expires tomorrow. Now I will have to pay another company to get this done. Very disappointed. No phone number to call and speak with a live rep either.

Got verbally assaulted. No doctor will renew my card. Waste of time.

SCAM!!!! Do not trust this website they take your money and give you nothing I’m so upset now I have to start this process all over and I’m out a hundred dollars

I paid, went to the appointment, got approved quickly and thought everything was fine. I go to a dispensary literally 5 days later. Everything was fine with the state doing the work. FadeMD literally didn’t send their certification from the doctor. I only found out when I got to the store. Wasted my gas, time, missed a discount and have to wait until they have someone available to answer phones cause they don’t hire anyone to respond. Absolutely terrible service, the doctors don’t care at all. It’s up to you to make sure it went through properly because these people are so incompetent they can’t be relied on. If I pay for a service I expect it done on time.

My appointment time was set I arrive probably 10 minutes early and the doctor came on about 20 minutes after the scheduled time. I am paralyzed, He asked me if I could walk. He asked about two questions and said congratulations. You’re approved and hung up. And he did not have his camera on it was just a black screen with a little white ring around it. I payed $100 instead of a lower price because of my “condition” such a rip off.

I have been waiting four days now to receive my full certification i have been back and fourth in email telling me they have reqch out to the doctor he has a back log sorry for the delay I was approved real quick told 24 to 48 it takes 4 days now nothing they are quick to take your money but not to complete there process on there end. So now I'm out my money and stuck with looking somewhere else and doing this all over again I think they just scam ppl.

Horrendous!...talk to a guy for 2 seconds, got no info, he just said you're approved congratulations and said look for a email and hung up. Since then 4-5 days ago no contact info to call an see what I need to do etc, so now I'm out 169$ with zero way of contacting a real person for FadeMd

Customer service is horrible. They took my money and won't respond to emails. I have been held hostage by them for 2 weeks and now my card is expiring. They won't answer any emails.
