Very disappointing experience. I had two treatments at this clinic, Botox and under-eye filler with Restylane Eyelight, costing a total of €500. The Botox effect lasted only around two and a half months. I have had Botox previously elsewhere, and in my case the aesthetic result remained satisfactory for many months, so this was a significant difference. I was also very disappointed with the under-eye filler. After around three months, virtually all of the result had disappeared, leaving only small, localized areas around the injection points, with the under-eye area still looking uneven. I have photographs documenting the result. I contacted the doctor to provide feedback and ask for clarification regarding the treatments and the amount of product used. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the response or the follow-up. For €500, I expected a considerably better result and level of follow-up. Based on my experience, I would not return for these treatments.

Injector Valeria arranged for me to come to a separate location than the clinic for mini lip augmentation, as well botox in three zones (masseter, brow, and forehead crease). Told me to schedule a follow up for touch-up for the rest of the lip filler and for botox, and then just blocked and ghosted me on both numbers, including the official Faces Clinic Whatsapp without doing the touch up. Botox did not work in any of the three areas (now 6 weeks in), and the filler is absent from the corner of my top lip, creating a wonky shape. Now that I analysing more, I fear they may not actually be licensed practitioners. Very dangerous.
