I took a chance and ordered medium roast. I've always made my coffee weaker than most people because of the bitterness. I was surprised at how smooth tasting it is, no bitterness. Have only had 2 cups so far, but I think I could learn to drink this black, without sweetner.

I have horrible GERD and was very pleasantly surprised that with Fabula my acid reflux has significantly decreased...not 💯 gone...but definitely a big help. I've tried several other low acid coffees and so far this brand is my favorite!

I ordered the Dark Roasts, after enjoying it for a few days I must say that this is one of, if not the best coffee i have had. Very smooth, full bodied, no bite, and easy on the morning stomach. The “No plastics” is and added bonus. Keep doing what you’re doing. You're doing it very well

Mainly purchased Fabula for the espresso beans but I ordered a package of pods to have on hand. Pleasantly surprised to see they were individually wrapped as I don't go through them very fast. Great flavor. I used half the cream on my second cup as the tase was very clean and not bitter at all.
