FabricalyReviews of fabricaly.com

Zero stars. Quilt I received was nothing like website quilt. I had a huge runaround in trying to return for a refund. They made me ship it back to HONG KONG before they'd consider refund, even tho website shows them in Texas and package mailed to me from Washington State. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

CAUTION!! Do not buy a quilt from Fabricaly. I am not the only one who received a misrepresentation of the product that was ordered. I am turning them in to several complaint sites including the FBI.

Item received is not quilted at all. It is just a sheet pocket really. And it was VERY expensive. The company is non-responsive. You are getting very thin material with nothing more than a print.

I purchased two quilts from Fabricaly. The quilt was not as described and was not 100% cotton. The stitching was nothing like the website photo. In fact, the photos were taken from other websites such as Etsy. These quilts are photos of the original printed on fabric and stitched with generic stitching. I tested the fabric and it melted like plastic. No cotton content. Per FTC, the manufacturer must label the product with the contents. There was no label and the contents noted in the description were incorrect. This company is scamming people with a deceptive product. They have a disclaimer on their site that states the item may differ than was is described. The FTC states they must describe it accurately. I threatened to turn them in if they did not refund me. Guess what? I received full refunds the next day. I also informed an Etsy seller they were using her images. She watermarked her image with her company name and Fabricaly is still using her image with her name on it. They need to be stopped.

I paid $79.00 for a King Size comforter and pillow cases I received a thin sheet and two pillow cases. I don't even think it is a Queen size. It is so small. They offered me 30 % off which means I still paid $50 for nothing. Do not use this company.

Really zero stars. I ordered a King set of sheets/comforter after looking at a photo describing a complete set for $79 + tax. I received 2 thin pillow cases and a top sheet. They are refusing to let me return it, and are offering me $27 only as a refund. I told them I want to return my items and get a full refund but they will not do it, after many email exchanges with Scarlett in customer support. A poorly run company with cheap products and deceptive advertising. Stay far away!!
