Received my item damaged and I sent their customer services a video showing the item not working. The item cost £17 and they offered me a $5 refund. The item is completely useless to me and they’re offering less than 1 third of a refund. The alternative is for me to pay to return it to China. Terrible customer service. Do not use this company

I’ve posted this on their site and unsurprisingly it’s not been published. For what it’s worth my orbs turned up but wish they hadn’t… I’m very surprised to see so many positive reviews (on their own site). Either we were very unlucky or these are made up… Ordered 3 for the nephews for Christmas. Within 3 minutes the first one broke with the cogs between the motor and blades coming apart inside. They are a cool idea but poorly made and incredibly flimsy/fragile. Even my 8 year old nephew said it looked like ‘a cheap one’. After reading reviews elsewhere, others have had these catch on fire whilst charging. So after giving these as gifts we had to embarrassingly take them back and buy alternatives Contacted customer service with evidence of the faulty item, who offered me a replacement for the broken one. Given the fire hazard I asked for a refund on the whole order and was offered £3 compensation (25% cost of one orb). What a joke, please avoid this product it’s awful and potentially dangerous. These three will be going in the bin Avoid this product and business at all costs. Perhaps avoid buying from Facebook altogether

Scam. Same as every review on here. Ordered the same items on 16 November, and just received a stream of fake tracking codes. I've cancelled the card used and raised a fraud claim with my bank (who have indicated I will be refunded).

FAKE. Items arrived damaged 6 weeks later...and I'm told that I need to ship them back to China! Or I can accept $2 Do NOT order

Ordered 3 flying spinner mini drones on 27/11/22 for Xmas presents, over a month later and no sign. Looked for refund and totally ignored 4 times, just kept saying item on way when these are totally useless to me now. They Don’t tell buyer that they are sent from China and on a slow boat and will take 1-2 months to arrive. AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs, DONT GIVE THEM A CENT, a DISASTER

As with most people on this site, I too, ordered the spinning orbs back in November. Given fake tracking emails and then received nothing. No replies to my countless emails to them. 100% scammed.

What an absolute scam! Don't buy. I waited weeks and weeks for a flimsy pathetic little plastic light up ball which doesn't perform as described at all! Fuming 😡

I ordered 2 I ordered 2 spinng mini drone BALL in november and not recived them just took my money tracking says its in Cambridge,N3H 2N2,United Kingdom,The shipment is in transit in the country of United Kingdom when i put in n3h 2n2 it says its in cambridge canada money is very tight as it is and now i can not afford to get my grandkids anything because that was there xmas present very upset
