AVOID!!!! Brought 3 mini flying drones from them. After charging all night the drones fly for less than 2 minutes and now I cannot access their website to contact them. AVOID!!

Avoid at all costs, 6 weeks down the line and still nothing has arrived. Contacted on several occasions and they have said wait a few more days.

Ordered in November, arrived 4th January, they were Christmas presents. I chased several times as was given tracking details which didn't give any information. I asked to cancel the order the week before Christmas, they ignored the email. They have offered £3 compensation to avoid me returning the items at a heavy cost to me. The customer service is appalling. Do not order from this company!!!!!!

Firstly, I ordered end of November it’s now first week of January and I still have nothing, I’m not hopeful tbh. Secondly the order total came to £33.95 on order confirmation and I was charged £45. Thirdly I contact them for a refund because I haven’t got my order and get no reply! COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY!!! DO NOT USE!!!

As another reviewer reported an order of an interactive trembling monster ball for dog and what came was a squeaky plastic ball inside a fur monster cover. Not what was advertised at all. Cost £31 for 2! When I complained I was offered £4 which they then upped to £5 to save me the cost of sending back to China. Disgraceful customer service and a company to be avoided.

Awful. Awful. Awful. Do not use. Spent £26 on 2 items that arrived broken. Was offered 5usd as compensation. Complete joke of a company. Scam!

Yes, they are scammers. I did receive a flying spinner (after around 6 weeks) but it does not work. Refund requested but they have refused to refund, replace or return. Dispute raised with PayPal.

DO NOT USE!!!! Ordered 2 items costing £27 both arrived broken. They asked for a video showing problems. I sent this and the response was “With some simple procedures it can work as normal”These are childrens toys and it’s an electrical problem!!!! Have sent numerous emails but just keep getting the same response. Wish I could minus 10 stars 🤔. Please please avoid this scam company. Since writing this I have contacted pay pal as I paid through them. They contacted the company and got the response that if I returned them they will give a full refund. It had cost me £12 to return via Royal Mail. I know this is pricey but on principle I was not letting them get away with scamming people. Watch this space to see if refund materialises. UPDATE….. Today I received a full refund from PayPal!!!!!’ It has taken a while to happen but THANK YOU PayPal for realising what a scam company they are.
