Terrible experience. Took 7 weeks to arrive and was not here in time for a Xmas present. It arrived with a completely damaged box. The ball was broken and had fallen in on itself. I charged it up but wouldn’t turn on. I emailed the company and they suggested taking part the electrics inside and try to fix myself. I feel bad as it will have to be chucked and bad for the environment

1 of 3 items arrived damaged and does not work as per advertisement. I have emailed and only get generic responses, they have requested a video to try and help but again no help just a generic email back. When I ask questions they are not answered. Goods ordered start of November, didn't arrive until 22nd December to my work which had finished for xmas break I did not get the parcel until i returned on the 5th January.

Ordered early Nov for Xmas presents. Each time I emailed a fake update on tracking was received! I received a refund for the postage, raised a claim with PayPal and hey presto got order today!! Badly packaged Damaged boxes, absolute disgrace!!

I bought 2 Flynova Pro orbs - They don’t fly as described hoovering or boomerang, They haven’t been used so I charged one today just to see if we are doing something wrong? I researched the product today and realise they are copies - the packaging is flimsy, the box should have a sleeve cover and open from the middle, the orb should turn on and of by shaking it, if the orb hits the floor it should turn off. After charging today It’s not spinning at all - cheap copy! The original Flynova Pro looks good.

Ordered 3 of the flying drones for Christmas presents in November they eventually arrived on 8 January and that was only because I chased them up. They kept telling me to go to my local post office to collect them but they were coming by courier. I’m not sure who is really fault here as it appeared they were in the yodel depot in the uk. I ended up contacting the courier as I wasn’t getting any help from their customer service. Anyway one of them is unusable and I’m about to check the other 2. Don’t waste your time getting these they’re not great just like the overall experience
