Bought 2 wifi cameras, was sent tracking info which was an absolute fabrication. Package supposed to be in UK 10 days ago after customs release. Now being told item rejected by UK customs. Also product tracking showed origin in Austin Texas. Also a complete lie. Scam DO NOT TOUCH.

FFS, it's almost March, ordered my cameras last year, looking at reviews I'm not expecting much if they do turn up.

Absolutely awful, bought 2 mini cameras (they don’t connect) and want to return and all they do is fob you off with wanting video or photos and completely avoid giving the return address 4 days an counting now ( I believe they are waiting until the 14 day return is up). No wonder they don’t put it on the website as they’d be getting everything back very quickly DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND AVOID If I could give 0 stars I would

Advised me of the total charge from my credit card then they took £4 more without explanation

My order was delayed and faulty. I have contacted the seller, I have been asked to send a video that they can see what is the issue. Ok,I have sent the video. After few days I received an email from Fabluarant , informing me that they are o holiday. After 3 weeks I emailed back to remind them about my order. And this was their reply “ But please kindly understand that our warehouse can't confirm when and by whom the problem was caused, because it has been more than 15 days since the courier delivered your parcel .” This is unbelievable!

Should be -5 stars. Awful company and wish I had looked for reviews before buying. Bought 2 supposedly flying orbs - cheap and flimsy and do not fly. Refusing a refund unless I pay to return the orbs. Even if I do this saying will be a 50% refund due to the costs in shipping to me. Have made sure through social media that people are aware of these scammers and to avoid them at all costs

Do not buy this !!! The company refused me a refund after I bought 2 that don’t fly ! 1 star is too generous. The product doesn’t work and the customer service is a joke !

Purchased the mini wi fi cameras for security etc Items arrived but box’s inside black bag were found to be damaged when opened. cameras very poor quality, one doesn’t work, the other won’t accept downloads from the app to start them up, so can’t even try the one camera! Also instructions are very poor. Sent photos, videos, etc to show they are no good and request a refund. Told to accept $5 as a refund and then they stated they know it will cost a lot of money to return them!!! Increased to $7 after another complaining email but no good. Be aware they know you will not return the rubbish product due to costs and hassle and advise you not to as the address purchased from is not a return address!!! They say they are looking after your best interests but you get nothing apart from faulty goods and the refund policy is a joke. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY WITH NO ETHICS AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
