Why didn't I read these reviews ! Exactly the same thing has happened to me that has happened to so many others. Ordered my normal size strapless bra however on arrival ( took 3 weeks) was way too small I would say about 4 cup sizes. However due to the label matching the size I ordered they will not refund or replace. Suggested I give it as a gift to someone. Disgraceful company. Shouldn't be allowed to trade. Do not order from them.

I would never buy from them again the first item took months to arrive. When it did it was faulty so they said they would send another one. Which never arrived so asked for a refund which they are refusing saying I should pay for the one that never arrived. Avoid this company at all cost.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering! I still have not received my order after waiting weeks and I've emailed numerous times with no response! Do not order from them! I actually wouldn't give any stars to be honest!

Waited 6 weeks for my strapless bra. Is way too small even though ordered correct size. Wish I had read the reviews first cos wouldn't have ordered had I known. Back and forth with emails and getting no where. Can't believe they told me to give it to someone else. Can't see me getting a refund....so 😡 angry. All Facebook reviews sounded great but obviously not from true customers.

I would give it a zero if could. Ordered 2 toys. They didn't arrive for Christmas like said. Neither one worked properly. Had to take videos of them, and wait and wait for their tech team to come back. Offered me 7 dollars for a 22 pound order. Absolutely waste of money.

This is a scam site. Do not order. After 32 days I havnt received item paid for. Tracking number offers no relevant information or eta Strange how the tracking systems for my purrchase offer an American customs route whenever i found out that the company is a Chinese based scam site. Paypal immediately offered a refund, so no other verification was needed. The site must be known to them. Avoid the hassle, disappointment andd costly disruption & do yourself a big favour and avoid at all costs. If they ever get back to me ..I'll retract this review....dont think that'll happen any time soon though 🤔

COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! Not worthy of any stars and wish I had seen these reviews before I bought. Bought a strapless bra from a Facebook advert. Ordered my size, bra arrived, but the sizing is way off and far too small. The quality is so poor with bad stitching and no support. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I contacted the company for a refund but they want me to send it back to china. Iv'e just lost over £20 so want to warn others so they don't go through the same.

Items failed to arrive, customer services response, it’s showing as delivered check with neighbours and post office. Still no sign . Asked for refund for missing item , think I have more chance of platting fog Please do not waste your money on this company
