Order total was £14.98 They actually charged £17.98 They added £3 for vat which there was no mention of until after I had paid, beware total scam !

I purchased 4 beanie hats with led lights and Bluetooth speakers last 15 November 2024. But the product I received have only led lights with NO Bluetooth speakers on it. I wrote a complain and respond by auto reply robot. They offer me a compensation just a fraction of the value of my purchased. If I could only give a 0 star I would, never trust this site it is a scam.

Would give 0 if I could. Complete scammers don't send what you've ordered false advertising..then when asking to send the wrong item back they want to off £2 no I want a refund your can have your item back.... do not but total scam still says my parcel is on way still emails me updates I've had the parcel not what ordered and no help in sorting the problem

One star is one too many. They sell very cheap, faulty and poor quality goods. Then they offer to refund you a fraction of what you paid for them. They are a total con and rip off company. Steer well clear or you WILL regret it. They make Temu seem like Harrods.

Awful…avoid like the plague. I ordered the tummy control vest bodysuits and they were awful. Nothing as the website describes and definitely not fit for purpose. Just cheap nasty tat you could but in Primark. Customer service is awful and they won’t refund me. Also the website leads you to believe they are uk based which they are not and my delivery took ages too.

My item bought from fabluarant and paid for on paypal was not delivered and I have not been able to get a refund even though I paid by PayPal. Am very disappointed and it seems that I have no rights in this situation.

USB Product listed as £8.99 on social media site. £6.99 on sellers website sale page and then £9.99 once you click on the product. Only wanted 1 but with the offer there was a discount on 2. Selected item quantity as 2 and somehow ended up paying a total of over £44. Contacted the seller immediately to try and cancel but they told me I had ordered pieces and they had already been shipped despite not receiving a shipping email. When I mentioned about a return or a refund I got no more response.
