Be warned This Company is an absolute SCAM and I am now relying on Pay Pal to get my money back for me

I purchased the so called indestructible bear, it was given to my dog and he destroyed it in less than 2 mins. I wrote my review on their page and it was removed! They only allow positive reviews that deceive shoppers. Avoid at all costs. Save your money and don’t fall into the trap that I did. They are also not UK based as shipping when across the world to get here.

Ordered a indestructible squeaky bear for my 10 month old Jack Russel l Within an hour it ripped apart do not waste your money...You won't get a replacement either!!!!

Do not order from this company! Ordered dog toy in December and still waiting for it to arrive. The website is very misleading as it is not a British company. The tracking seems to be a non-existent site and as yet no toy has arrived.

Ordered an dog chew toy supposed to last a lifetime and be unbreakable lasted about 10 minutes cost £18 I may as well of bought 18 cheap £1 toys they would of lasted about 40 minutes so more value for my money rubbish site rubbish rip off company just a scam online site everyone heed mine and 100s of other disgruntled customers

Yup - con. as no-one should add tax unless it is made clear when you order. Also delivery is tragic. Still waiting for our dogs’ Christmas presents. Great job of advertising /absolutely crap service and delivery tho. Won’t be ordering again.

There are hidden costs. They took an additional amount out of my account after hitting checkout for 'tax'. There is no warning of this additional cost, they just took it. The final checkout page even confirms the 'correct amount', then they just take more money than agreed upon. I ordered an advent calendar in November and it arrived on 23rd December. The item was not as described and in addition was damaged. You can't trust this website. I can't believe they have any good reviews at all. It is a con website.

Ordered an advent calender in November not received aksed for a refund twice told to check tracking. We are now on 21 December the calender is of no use. Ridiculous. Will never order from here and I urge others not too. I would give 0 stars.
