Took weeks for this order to arrive. This "indestructible toy" lasted 2 hours!! If it sounds too good to be true....

As most people have complained about - ordered the indestructible teddy bear. It's taken around 3 weeks to arrive, looked flimsy from the get go and within 2 minutes of our dog sitting, playing with/chewing it, has ripped it around the neck line. I have sent an email with pictures to the company as their website says 100% satisfactory guarantee, so lets see what they say. *Update, they told me "Dogs have sharp teeth. This product is a doll made of cloth, so it is normal to be torn." Also said the product dispatched aligns with the original order and offered £2 as goodwill. Leaving it at that, as don't think I want anymore to do with them.

Ordered 2 of these for my dog as it stated they are unbreakable. My dog breaks all his toys, so I was really looking forward to these arriving and keeping him busy for hours, but unfortunately after only an evening of chewing then, they were completely destroyed. Please don't waste your money!

Purchased an indestructible bear lasted literally 2 minutes, not worth the money and not fit for purpose, this company advertises itself to be in Wales when infact it's overseas, absolute scam!!!!! Tried to claim my money back through PayPal as an item not as described, been told to send it back in original condition to China where I pay the postage with proof it's been returned, please don't buy from this company and if you use PayPal to purchase it, forget it, no help at all.....

I'd give zero stars if I could. Took a month to arrive and I couldn't even give our dog the indestructible bear cause it was already falling apart in the bag. So dangerous for dogs as they could swallow small parts falling off. What a scam!

Bought three of these for my three dogs and destroyed within 5 minutes complete waste of money.They advertise they will replace them if they break but expect you to pay for shipping back to China

If I could give zero stars I would firstly advertising one price then charging another asked for a refund and gave me difference back, waited 6 weeks for delivery for the indestructible product to be fully destroyed within 3 minutes. Clearly false advertising and conning people to buying a sub standard product that isn’t anywhere near as advertised Offered me 6 pound back when they should issue a full refund for falsely selling these as indestructible

The indestructible bear is shocking. Very bad quality and fell apart within 5 minutes. Rip off and not at all as described.. Not sure but must be case with distance selling laws??
