I’d give no starts if I could. Rubbish product and rubbish customer service. Been going round in circles with them. Ordered 2 bears that were meant to be indestructible, but were destroyed within 10 minutes with normal play. Contacted customer service and was originally offered £2 compensation. This has now gone up to £7, which is ridiculous! I paid just over £22, I could have got something better for a few quid from Poundland!

I’m still waiting for this so called indestructible bear one month on. Wish I had read reviews first. Don’t waste your time or money. Finally arrived today 27th Jan. Wrecked in less than fifteen minutes

Indestructible toy lasted about 3 seconds. Have asked for a refund but won’t hold my breath.

Not even worth 1 star. Like others orders 2 “unbreakable” bears. Was destroyed by my spaniel within minutes of having it. They have said I can keep it because of the cost of shipping and offered me £2 “compensation”.i have said no I want a full refund. They said because of the cost of shipping they could not offer me a refund of the full amount even tho in the order it stated FREE SHIPPING. The compensation has since been raised to £4 and then £10 when the order was £21 and that’s all they could offer because there wage is so low. I’m still fighting to get a full refund because clearly I am not the only person having this problem of being sold a lie about these “unbreakable” bears. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE SELLING POOR QUALITY ITEMS AND NOT GIVING REFUNDS.

A great way for a company to scam people. Make them think they're buying from Wales, send item from USA, then ask for return to China. Item was far from undestructable as damaged within an hour. First offered £3 then £5, it will cost more than the price of the item to send it back. Wish i could give 0 stars. PayPal unhelpful.

After waiting weeks, got the “indestructible” bear dog chew toy. Torn within minutes. Customer service after sending pics of the damage offered £1 goodwill refund. I’ve responded insisting on full refund to fund a replacement. Like most things advertised on FB, don’t be duped like I was. Waste of time and money. Update, was offered £3 and rejected that and requested full refund again. Response We're so sorry for your dissatisfaction, but please kindly understand that we have tried our best to offer you all the best solutions. Scam website.

Another 1* for this company based on their indestructible bear dog toy. Wish I had read these reviews before falling for their false advertising of them being ‘guaranteed’. Spent £20 including delivery,Waited 4 weeks for it to be destroyed in less than 5 minutes. Emailed customer service who offered me a 50% refund on another toy which obviously I refused. They then offered me £2 compensation 🤣🤣🤣
