Very poor product. Dog broke the unbreakable bear within 1hr of delivery, which took over 30days to be delivered in the first place.

Absolutely terrible waited a lifetime for it to turn up and within five minutes it’s head was elsewhere and all of its inside sort on the outside disgusting product waste of money rip off

Advertised as "indestructible", lasted two hours. I was offered £3 as compensation. I asked for a replacement (as advertised) and I was told I would have to return the toy to their Chinese factory, which would be "Expensive". I was then offered £6 but I have refused, asking for a full refund or I will start a claw-back through my bank.

If I could give less I would. Unbreakable bear... 30 seconds. After waiting a month, it lasted 30 seconds.... It's like a scene from scream here now with white fluffy guts and limbs everywhere. Shambles. Avoid

Sadly I have to give it 1 star so I can write a review, as I would prefer to give it none. Complete waste of money. Within 10 mins, at the most, my 4 year old cocker spaniel has destroyed it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

After waiting and waiting and being told wrong shipment info, my 8 month old puppy destroyed this in 5 mins. £2 compensation offered, then £4 as that was the highest they could go. Asked for a replacement or £10 and still waiting. Update:- Kept toy; repairable, and accepted £6.00 in compensation. Fed up with the back and forth emails.

Would give it 0 waited a month never turned up so emailed, they sent me tracking with dates that didn't add up showing it was delivered on the 3rd Jan, but my tracking shows in Belfast on 18th Jan, customer service is unhelpful keep telling me to go to delivery office when the tracking number doesn't exist, never buying off facebook again, this is a scam company, don't trust, don't waste your time or money, they are not nothing but con artists.

The " unbreakable bear" was broken within 10 secs of my dog playing with it. Disgusting customer service, offered £2 as compensation. When I refused offered £4, Then £6 after I refused again and I demanded a full refund. Got told to return the item at my own cost! Absolutely awful company and product. Stay away!
