I placed an order on 16th December and am still awaiting my order, I have emailed several times asking for a full refund as it was saying in Edinburgh 12th January but still nothing on 18th February, they have now given me a new tracking number and it has just been ordered on 12th February which is when I first emailed, very very unhappy and angry 😡

Do not order from these people, we had an "indestructible" pet toy that lasted 2 days, these people refused to replace or refund unless returned which would cost more than the item is worth, total rip off

I wish I’d seen these reviews before buying this toy. Waited over a month with endless tracking updates. The tracker claimed it had been delivered but it has never arrived. A total waste of £16 + shipping. Scam company.

I would give 0 rating if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ITS A SCAM COMPANY Also PayPal who I bought it thru did nothing to help get a refund. I'm disgusted with both the seller and PayPal and that Facebook and other sites still promote their company. stay as far away as you can. The site Malwaretips has a really good article you should read... this is their opening paragraph.. Fabluarant.com is a fraudulent online store that you should avoid at all costs. This scam website claims to sell various products at very low prices, but will either send you counterfeit or inferior goods, or nothing at all.

If I could give zero I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS the toys took 7 weeks to arrive, within 10 minutes of light playing, head came clean off Absolutely disgraceful. So terribly made

Do not buy from this company, they take your money and don't send the goods. I ordered in November and 'indestructible dog toy' after a few emails of goods being dispatched and then being stuck at customs to now being delivered but the tracking number is not valid with Royal mail. I emailed them and they can't provide a POD they have just told me to check with a neighbour. I have reported them as a fraudulent company.

This toy is an absolute joke and a complete waste of money. It most definitely is not as advertised and when we received it, it literally lasted 10 minutes. It took almost 6 weeks to arrive, and then when it did, it most certainly was not as advertised bearing in mind they say it’s indestructible. The customer service and after sales service is literally zero, and to add insult to injury, they offered me £2 compensation, which was less than what I paid for the shipping Do not under any circumstances waste your time and money with this very bad product

It took months to eventually have the parcel go out for delivery, which never arrived in the end. They have not been helpful at all in trying to find my parcel, therefore a total waste of my time and money. This may be a scam!!!
