0 stars is what is deserved. Paid $100 a year and when we need it what does it do? Crash and not even work. A joke is what this is. Have to revert to other means to watch the race that should be readily available. YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED F1!

I have been paying for this useless app for too long to have it keep crashing on med 2 Yeats into my sub. This happens every year at the start of the season, and this time they had 7 months to fix. Jesus!!!!!

Doesn't work on the most important moment of race weekend - the start of the race. Overall video quality is average, with very low fps. There are audio sync issues on some secondary channels (e.g. pit lane channel).

You can't really call the stream unreliable if there's no stream to begin with.

Absolute joke, can't even watch the race and I pay 100+ euros for this bs...

After an extended pause they still haven't managed to sort out their issues. What a joke of a "media company" this turns out to be. Not even the home page loads at the start of the race. Disgraceful bunch of greedy corporatists imho.
