Signed up just to echo how AWFUL this service is. In this day and age, a hi-tech company like F1 can't even get a decent stream going. The customer service is non-existent. They have NO idea how to run a service. Here's an opportunity to get in front of new fans and give them a good experience and they crap the bed. Find an alternative to this, don't give them your money.

This is the first year I've subscribed to F1TV and it has been very unreliable. For the first race of the season, I missed all of FP2 and the race stream didn't start working until 14 laps into the race.

I pay good money for watching f1 live and the onboards. The apps failed on the free practices and of course also on the race. So the product is not poor, there is no product. They take your money and you get nothing but a screen with error codes. F1 is so rich, how on earth do you create a system so bad. Looking at the reviews this has been ongoing for years. My fault for blindly trusting in a brand. A good gesture would be to refund all current Pro subscriptions in full.

I can't understand why I can't rate lower than BAD. It is overrating f1TV if I say bad.

Unable to start the stream. Somehow, it starts after 10 laps but, even then, only the main video is available. Will try the refund as this isn't worth the money I paid (even with the discount)...

poor usability and reliability simply doesnt work when you want it too. Who cares if its working half the way into the race? thats not what you pay for.

Paying full price for their streaming services that don't even work! Absolute GARBAGE!! This is why people will use illegal streams!!

Whatever the issue is, the continuing problems have still not been resolved. This service is not inexpensive, and to miss the first 12 laps of the year is ridiculous, especially considering there is no rewind feature for live racing. Very poor delivery of an expensive service.
