The service itself is garbage. Not just the app. The web service the customer service everything about F1TV is garbage. Better off paying for espn. After paying for the app I was able to watch the first race of the season and that’s it. Ever since then it won’t load, I have delete re downloaded the app, requested a new password. Nothing rectified the problem. I contact F1TV directly and was told because the payment was made through apple they can’t do anything to help me. I contacted apple stating the issues and requested to cancel and refund and apple said they can’t issue a refund. All in all I will never pay for this subscription again

Absolute gangsters!!! They take your money, but do not provide the service you purchased! If you then request a refund, they simply decline! They're thieves!!! Stay away.

So I ordered F1TV via the Apple App in March. Account never worked. I was told from F1 to please wait for a week to a month for it to work and if it doesnt ill get a refund. It still didnt work so I contacted them again for a refund since it didnt work. They said they cant do anything about it and to contact apple about the refund. Apple said its too late for that, since they processed the money to F1TV already. F1 makes empty promises about a call. Then says ill get a full refund, but they just managed to get a workaround to give me a (not really) functioning account for the full 65€ (after half the season has passed). But Ì never asked for that, I wanted a refund. Stay away from this service, F1TV is money hungry and will do everything they can to keep your money if theres problems.

Waardeloze uitzending van de laatste 3 wedstrijden. Niet om aan te zien. Beeld hapert steeds en loopt in 1 wedstrijd 20 minuten achter.

First of, I can't even write a review with no stars! I have to select one star to write this! Not deserved. I subscribed to the F1 Pro for $89.59 and mistyped my email address. After a half dozen emails back and forth, it was changed to the correct one, so it recognizes my account now - but I haven't been able to watch anything because EVERTHING including races are locked out. Another dozen email back and forth and still no resolution, just the usual patronizing "working on it" replies. It's such a simple fix! No response at all to the demand that they refund me.

Wat ging er mis, ze moeten daar zelf eens kijken wat ze uitzenden bij tv1 pro, wat een aanfluiting loopt de hele tijd vast, de app is ook waardeloos ik denk dat viaplay op het moment beter is, maar hopelijk gaat weer alles terug naar ziggo en daar wil ik best voor betalen, want dit is drie keer niks. Ze kunnen na de uitzending van 9 jullie er beter mee stoppen. Slechter kan het niet maar het zal wel weer aan ons liggen, of aan de internetsnelheid
