Be warned - these people are thieves. I placed an order on 1st August and by 15th August it still hadn't shipped. I contacted the company and they replied saying that it had only been 9 business days since I placed the order (they obviously can't count) and said that it was almost done processing. On the 19th August I contacted them again as it still hadn't shipped and they said it would ship 2 days later. I asked how much longer it would be for delivery and was told another 2 - 3 weeks. I wasn't prepared to wait that much longer having already waited almost 3 weeks so I asked to cancel the order, which they said I couldn't do! I said this was unacceptable so they agreed to cancel the order and that I would be refunded within 5 - 7 business days. I didn't receive a cancellation confirmation so I contacted them again on 25th August, and they sent this over, claiming that it would be another 5 - 7 business days for a refund, as they didn't cancel the order on the 19th when instructed (presumably so they could hold on to my money). It is now 3rd September and they've still got my money! I have chased them and been ignored so will now be reporting them for fraud. I recommend avoiding this company unless you want to be scammed!

It seems this company likes to take people's money & send them bs responses that the product they ordered is on the way. I've been promised multiple different delivery dates, yet they keep failing to send me the product I ordered, a real tracking number, or a refund. My order was placed at the end of June. Its nearly the end of August. This company is nothing but a SCAM!!!! I wish I could give them no stars!

I seriously don't know how this company has any positive reviews. I would seriously doubt the truth in any of them. This is a total buyer beware. This company did not even respond to complaints filed through agencies like the Better Business Bureau and they have a growing case against this company. I ordered in May. Still have not received a product or a refund.

I would give ZERO Stars!!! This site sucks!!! My order was placed in April, it’s now August and still nothing! I’ve sent numerous emails and no one have responded. I’ve requested a full refund and still nothing!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! All these other reviews saying the site is great and easy to Order from with fast delivery is completely fraud and all lies!!! Wish I had a Positive review to give but all I have is zero product and $120 dollars gone down the drain!!

I ordered (order #18978) merchandise from this company on May 23, 2019 and still haven’t received it. I have sent SEVERAL emails asking for a tracking number and the status of my order and still as if today July 22, 2019, I haven’t received anything. I had to contact my credit card company, file a dispute and I forwarded them all of the corresponding emails where they kept saying I should be getting it within this or that timeframe to show that I attempted to resolve the issue. Now they have to investigate and contact/ go after this company...COMPLETE FRAUD AND ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! Shawn - Jacksonville, Florida

I have been trying for 3 months to get Zeus buy to send me the product I bought. They have replied to 3 of my emails but have never followed through. I still don’t have me product or my refund and now they completely ignore me. Worst company ever!!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had ordering on-line. I purchased my order on April 25th, on May 6th finally received an email that my order just left processing. On May 24th, received another email that my order would arrive between June 7th - June 19th by 8:00 pm. On June 26th I contacted Ezusbuy again letting them know I have not received my order, they replied "we have coordinated with the warehouse and while working to update the tracking there was a system glitch which caused tracking updates to be delayed. We will issue store credit for your order and reship it via express shipping." Since then I have email Ezusbuy 6 more times and left all my information on their customer service line three times, no return turn call, no return email, not surprise! Their customer service is horrible, they are thieve Buyers beware they takes your money.

In my experience, I have been totally disappointed with the service from EZUSBUY. They are not even based in the us, the products ship from CHINA! Furthermore, it has been 10 WEEKS and I have not received my product. Nothing, absolutely nothing. They provided a tracking ID that did not work, and once they finally got back to me, they offered me a coupon for my purchase amount to use in their store. I do not wish to use this company, why would I be happy with a promo code. I want a full refund!! Not interested with ANY PRODUCT they have to offer!!! Bullsh#t!! All these other reviews are fake in my opinion! Do not use click bait on facebook, instagram or purchase items on any of those pesky ads on socia media accounts! They are all low quality and the products are cheap and sleezy.
