Useless products, poor customer service
I purchased over $80 worth of products from this company, and I am so disappointed. I got the “mini mat” which has a little three-compartment plate built into it, and the “mini bowl.” My baby picked up these items and flipped them over in 5 seconds. They don’t stick to the surface AT ALL. A baby can simply lift them up by the edges. There isn’t even any resistance. Only if the baby was trying to lift them from the middle would they stay in place, which no child more than a few months old would do. These mats are completely useless. I contacted customer service for a refund, and they said they don’t offer refunds once the product has been opened. I cannot imagine a company not caring at all when a customer is completely unsatisfied with a product. That tells you everything you need to know about EZPZ.
