Honestly it was hard to open the box because of how well they wrap it up which is a great feeling knowing they took the time to ensure it was not damaged.

I always get my order earlier than expected and packaging is great. This is my go to website and everyone should order from them. They are very responsive also if you ever have an issue or need to ask questions before ordering.

I am changing my rating from 1 to 5 because - in the end - Ezpuff worked with me to make it right and stuck it out, through some tough criticism from myself. I felt it could have been handled better from the beginning and explained that. Got an honest apology and they made sure I was happy in the end. Thanks for understanding and listening to your customer, that means more to me then pricing - not that the prices are bad, just happy with Ezpuff - in a world that doesn't always take time to listen to their customers. I will be buying again soon. Fast shipments and good pricing!

I’ve always had the best, most reliable and fastest service from EZ Puff, ever since I discovered them a couple of years ago. One time they sent me a box of the wrong flavor of vapes; I emailed them and offered to send them back in exchange for the correct ones, and a couple of days later the correct ones showed up at my door. I never sent the other ones back even though I offered to. They have the absolute best customer service and the products are always spot on. I won’t shop anywhere else for my vape needs.
