I second the "no morals". I specifically got a Vera z-wave hub for the lack of a monthly fee. Then Ezlo bought Vera Control and said in order to continue to use it, I have to pay a fee or they hobble it. Can you imagine buying a refrigerator, then a company acquires the appliance company and says unless you pay a monthly fee to use your refrigerator, we're remotely disabling it? (Actually, i think that has actually happened. Well, Ezlo is jumping on the "screw the consumer" bandwagon. )

This company has no morals, and has no issues banning long term forum members with out warning or any explanation. When contacted about this they fail to respond. They also fail to respond to FOI and SARS requests under UK GDPR law. They are pushing their new hubs on the public, these hubs are extremely beta and not ready for public use in my opinion. These hubs (Plus,Secure , Plughub and Atom) lack any stable features and the Atom i received failed within 2 days, they promised replacement but failed to deliver. All in eZLO hubs and service are not upto par with with other similar hubs for home automationj from other manufacturers.
