Do not waist you're money on this drivers ed program. There are major issues/bugs with this service. One of the biggest are the videos and the forced 4 hour a day. For the videos there is a major bug where if you click off of it mid video and have to reopen the tab. It will reset the video and make you watch it all over again. This sucks when you are watching one of the 30 minute long videos. With the videos, some times it will force you out and make you do a verification check and because it takes you out of the tab it will also reset the video. Then, the 4 hour a day thing in my opinion is very stupid. I respect the every 2 hours you take a 15 minute break I think that's a good thing to do. But, for people who want to power through this program and get their license it makes it extraordinarily dragged on and a pain. Now, on to more random things. What ever servers they are hosting these lessons on are super super slow. Like super slow. Half of the time it takes like 30 seconds to a minute to load you're next page. Overall, do NOT pay money on this. It's actually the most stupid course I've ever had to do for something. also another thing. Yes I'm editing this. when i signed up, i got no email or information on my login info, my username, or what to do. I had to go to the website and reset my password just to find out my username. That is really stupid.

I’m actively working on my driving school, for some reason THEY made an error causing me to not be able to log in for about a month I called a couple days after I figured it out and they didn’t do anything, didn’t answer, didn’t call back from the voicemail, nothing. I had my OhioRise worker call them and then they FINALLY answer. I called them again myself to reset the password to my account etc etc. the unprofessional, rude, and nasty lady who picked up the phone tried to yell at me saying it’s my fault and I never called about it. I yelled at her cussed her out and hung up the phone, now I’m halfway done with the driving school. Waste of $500 if you ask me.

Sharing for a friend who paid the steep $85 for this course. Disappointing experience. There’s almost no customer support once the person pays for the service. The platform is very glitchy and gets stuck a lot. That happened even while we were signing up. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I did not receive a certificate upon completion. This is a scam.
