We had an issue with glasses we had ordered. We should have contacted the company straight away but didn’t . However they responded to my review , their customer service was excellent and through email our issue was solved very politely, kindly and efficiently .

I purchased two pairs of glasses - picked Eyekeeper because they have a great choice of colours and styles and I like something colourful and a bit different. I bought a bright pink pair with round lenses and a hexagonal purple pair. They are easy to order, reasonably priced and look fabulous. I like a few pairs in different rooms and will definitely purchase again. Customer services personnel respond quickly if required.

I can't fault the service received from this company. The glasses were delivered quickly and of a reasonably good quality considering the price. My only gripe is that the material they make the glasses from, smells strongly of "old tom cat". I've tried giving them a wash but the smell persists! I just hope it eventually wears off!
